World Cup tour continues….. Veysonnaz, Switzerland.  This has always been a fun, fast and crazy course.  The last turn always has so many Gs it is hard to hold on when you are pinning it into the finish stretch.  I finished 2nd here, and won a huge wheel of cheese.  Roclette will be served once my melter is shipped to my house.  Read More

Team Race, and Faye and I dominated.  It is always hard to get the ball rolling at the start of the season but Faye and I came in hot and ended up 2nd at the first stop of the World Cup tour  in Austria. The course was so much fun and had great flow, and the best part was that there were NO major injures from any world cup athlete.  Starting strong!!!  Read More

My first trip to AK!!!  I was so excited to finally be going to AK and to do some real snowboarding.  This experience was unforgettable and left me wanting more.  Being in this new environment was stimulating, stressful, nerve-racking, but also calming and surreal.  There were a lot of emotions everyday when I was standing on top of a peak about to drop.  I have similar emotions... Read More

X-Games 2015/ 9TH GOLD

X Games 2015 was a great stop for me this year!  The X Course can be nerve-racking when you first roll up to inspect.  The jumps and gaps are by far the biggest we see all year on tour, and is garenteed to be an intense race.  Like every race you have your time to inspect and take warm up laps before you do your individual time trial and heat races.  I felt very strong... Read More

World Champs 2015/ 4TH Gold

In January, Austria is usually a great time to find some amazing snow conditions.  This year was a little tricky.  World champs just happened to be our first event of the season because of the lack of snow in the US as well as our other training locations.  A couple events were even cancelled in the early season.  This made it a little crazy; to go into one of the biggest events... Read More

Argentina, End of the World….

After an Olympic season, there is not always the biggest budget to go to your next training camp.  So I decided to travel with my former high school coach, Ross Hindman, and train with him down in Argentina.  I wanted to play around with new board designs and lengths and thought this would be a great time to do this before getting to into the heat of the season. All the way down... Read More

#RoadToSochi and Interview with Ryan Seacrest

Last week I went to Cali to catch up with a few friends, and work with NBC.  NBC was shooting Olympic promos for the upcoming Games.  The shoot was done in Beverly Hills with a whole Hollywood production.  Below there are some pics at the Hilton, the studio, and at a private house in the hills for the Ryan Seacrest interview.  Check out what some of the Olympic photos will look... Read More
