Finishing Up My Board

I got to make the first snowboard in the RAMP factory in Park City, Utah.  After the board was in the oven for about twenty minutes, I pulled it out and waited for it to cool.  Then I cut off the extra material and prepped the board to be stoned ground and waxed.  I had so much fun, a learned a new respect for the craft that goes into making a snowboard or a pair of skis.  It was really exciting to be apart of the whole process and to see a board take shape. I liked that I was able to learn each step and understand why certain materials were used. This was a board that was made int he USA!!!!
